Mrs. Cindy Eaton
I am thrilled to be a part of the 3rd grade team at Sunset! Before joining 3rd grade in 2016, I spent one year teaching 4th grade at Sunset, 10 years supervising student teachers for the College of Education at Saint Mary's College, and 10 years teaching Kindergarten in Pleasanton.
I absolutely love working with third graders! Third grade is a big year as students transition from primary to the upper grades. I strive to create a caring, safe, and engaging learning environment, while pushing students to succeed and encouraging them to always do work that they are proud of.
I live in Livermore with my husband, son, and daughter. We have a golden retriever/border collie named Bentley who keeps us on our toes! In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, reading, volunteering, traveling, and watching sporting events, both my kids' events and the Giants, Sharks, and the Warriors. Spending time with family and friends, eating out, and warm chai tea lattes all make me smile!
